Know your Audience
When doing a presentation it is very important to understand the needs of the audience. It is important to leave some time for you audience to ask questions after the presentation. It is god to try to predict the questions that the audience may ask so that you can be prepared to answer. There are 4 main questions that you must always ask yourself before giving a presentation.
1. Who will read or see this piece of writing?
2. What do I want them to know?
3. What background do they bring?
4. What do I want this piece of writing or presentation to accomplish?
Using this tips and guidelines will help you to give an overall good presentation.
